Delivery Times

We partner with trusted logistics providers including DPD, DHL, FedEx, UPS, Omniva, PostNord, and Posti to ensure your handbag arrives safely and on time.

European Union

3-8 business days

Orders ship from our European warehouses for fast delivery across the EU.

United Kingdom

4-10 business days

Direct shipping to UK addresses with full customs clearance included.

United States

Currently paused

US shipping is temporarily unavailable due to tariff changes and loss of de minimis exemption. We hope to resume service soon.

Order Processing

Orders placed before 23:59 GMT+2 ship the next business day.

Please note: Made-to-order items from select brands (including Aipi, Hopera, Daz Studio, Hilp, Zelma Kraft, Noel, Stella Soomlais, Adensen, and MeowBaby) may require additional processing time of 3-4 weeks. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Delivery Methods

Depending on your location, orders arrive via:

  • Door-to-door delivery - Available for Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovenia, UK
  • Pickup point delivery - For other EU countries. If no pickup point exists within 5km, door-to-door delivery is used instead.

Note: A phone number is required for all deliveries as requested by our logistics partners.

Shipping Costs

EU shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and typically range from €2.99 to €19.99. Specific rates may vary by product category and brand.

If you order items from different brands, each will ship separately with individual shipping charges.

Order Tracking

All EU orders include tracking information. You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. UK tracking is being implemented and will be available soon.

Multi-Brand Orders

Our collection features products from over 200 European and US brands. If you order handbags from different brands, they will ship separately from their respective warehouses. Each shipment will have its own tracking information and shipping charge.
