1. General Terms

ParelParol operates as a curated marketplace for premium European handbags. We partner with over 200 brands and use dropshipping fulfillment through our supplier network. All products are shipped directly from brand warehouses to ensure quality and authenticity.

2. Orders and Pricing

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure accurate inventory, occasionally items may be out of stock. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative product.

Pricing

All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order placement.

VAT and Taxes

VAT is included in displayed prices for EU customers where applicable. Additional customs duties or import taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Confirmation

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order - acceptance occurs when we process and ship your order.

3. Payment

We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other methods offered through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Payment is charged when your order is processed for shipping. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Times

EU orders typically arrive within 3-8 business days. UK orders take 4-10 business days. Orders placed before 23:59 GMT+2 ship the next business day.

Made-to-Order Items

Certain products from brands including Aipi, Hopera, Daz Studio, Hilp, Zelma Kraft, Noel, Stella Soomlais, Adensen, and MeowBaby are made-to-order and may require 3-4 weeks for production and delivery.

Shipping Responsibility

Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Multi-Brand Orders

Items from different brands ship separately from their respective warehouses. Each shipment incurs individual shipping charges.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return Period

You may return items within 30 days of the original order date. Items must be unused, undamaged, clean, and include all original labels and tags.

Return Shipping

Return shipping fees apply and match our standard shipping rates. We do not offer free returns except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized items, underwear, socks, and products from certain excluded brands (Lorena Canals, Trixie Baby, Woopie, Let's Go Green, Vega Toys, Little Tikes, Smoby, Feber) cannot be returned.

6. Product Warranty

2-Year Warranty Coverage

All products (except cosmetics, edible items, and candles) come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We will repair, replace, or refund defective products at our discretion.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, incorrect use, or normal wear and tear. Items must be clean before returning for warranty claims.

Filing a Claim

To file a warranty claim, contact support@parelparol.com with your order number, order date, product SKU, and detailed description with photos.

7. User Conduct and Account

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the website only for lawful purposes
• Not engage in fraudulent activity or unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of ParelParol or our brand partners and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParelParol and our suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at support@parelparol.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue amicably. These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
