30-Day Return Policy

Items may be returned within 30 days of the original order date. Made-to-order items may have longer return periods.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must meet these requirements:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • No signs of wear or damage
  • All original labels and tags attached
  • Original packaging included (when possible)
  • Items must be clean - only clean products will be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized items
  • Underwear and intimate items
  • Socks

Brand Exclusions (as of September 5, 2025):

The following brands are excluded from returns: Lorena Canals, Trixie Baby, Woopie, Let's Go Green, Vega Toys, Little Tikes, Smoby, and Feber.

How to Return (EU Customers)

  1. Contact Us

    Email support@parelparol.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Receive Return Label

    We'll provide you with a return shipping label via email.

  3. Pack Your Item

    Securely pack your handbag with all original labels and tags. Ensure the item is clean.

  4. Ship Your Return

    Attach the return label and ship the package. Return shipping fees match our standard shipping rates.

  5. Receive Your Refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically process within 3-7 business days.

Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping incurs a fee matching our standard shipping rates for your region.

How to Return (UK Customers)

  1. Contact Us

    Email support@parelparol.com with your order number to receive the warehouse return address.

  2. Arrange Shipping

    You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.

  3. Receive Your Refund

    Refunds typically process within 3-7 business days after we receive your return. No processing fees are charged.

Exchanges

We handle exchanges as returns followed by new orders. Simply return your original item following the process above, and place a new order for the item you prefer. This keeps all transactions visible in your account for easy tracking.

Warranty & Defective Items

All our handbags come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective item or discover a manufacturing issue:

  1. Contact support@parelparol.com with your order number, order date, and product SKU
  2. Provide a detailed description of the issue with photos if possible
  3. We will repair, replace, or issue a full refund for the product

Please note: The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Items must be clean before returning for warranty claims.
